Services are tailored to companies’ needs and wishes. At Swing House, you will have excellent telecommunications connections, restaurant, café and catering services, lobby services, technical and maintenance services, and security services to support your operations. There is plenty of parking space outside and in the basement for both guests and your personnel. There is also a separate entrance for cyclists that safely leads to a bike park located inside the property, and well-designed shower and changing rooms on the building’s ground floor.

MODERN CONFERENCE CENTER

Swing House’s new meeting spaces are available for booking. Meeting and event spaces, suitable for 2-30 people, are equipped with modern technology, lobby services, and a restaurant on the ground floor. Most of the meeting rooms are located in the lobby level.

The bright and adaptable space on the rooftop floor offers a unique setting for coaching days and workshops for 30 people, including additional spaces for 6 and 10 people. Between the spaces, there is a practical kitchenette with an access to the rooftop terrace. The setup is also available for private events.

Lobby & common areas

The spacious and verdant lounge in the entrance lobby invites you to step further inside the building. The lobby service personnel will welcome your guests and the restaurant and café are conveniently located on the same floor for meetings. There is also direct access to the hotel from the lobby and common areas.

Swing House is located in one of the most attractive business areas in the Helsinki region. The proximity of the Keilaniemi business area and the Otaniemi campus provide important connections with new innovations and experts as well as with more established partners and customers.

The Helsinki Central Station is 12 minutes away and the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is 25 minutes away. What is more, Swing House is located by the sea with direct access to green connections – clear your thoughts with a walk along the shore or ride your bike to an important meeting.

Around the corner from metro

From Swing House you can access all the public transport services you need in just a few minutes, including the metro, several bus routes and the upcoming Jokeri Light Rail service. The building is located at a convenient walking distance of only 300 metres away from the Keilaniemi metro station entrance. The journey to the Helsinki City takes 11 minutes by metro.

The Jokeri Light Rail line will replace the 550 bus service, the highest-capacity bus service in the Helsinki region, in 2024. The light rail service will increase the capacity of transverse public transport as it will operate in both directions with traffic signal priority and mainly its own lane.

The proximity of the services and the high speed of the rail connections means there is less need to use your own car. In the future, there will be increasing focus on sustainable modes of mobility in Keilaniemi: public transport, walking and cycling. The location close to nature offers the opportunity to break away from the pressure of work in the woods or by the sea – a moment spent outdoors in fresh air will clear your head when you need it the most.

Prime location in Keilaniemi

Keilaniementori is a new area being built near Keilaniemenranta. The Keilaniemi promenade, which follows the shoreline, will form part of Espoo’s Waterfront Walkway and provide access right to the water’s edge. More services are being added along the Waterfront Walkway, and a park will be built between Keilaniemi and Tapiola on top of the Ring Road I tunnel. Since the completion of the tunnel in 2019, the density of the area has grown and there is a livelier urban environment with better connections for residents and for workplaces and the Aalto University.

In the coming years, the flexibility of working hours and workplaces and networking across business sector boundaries will increase in importance. Swing House is in a central location at the core of innovation, where startup experts and international business meet!
