The restaurant uses sustainable ingredients, and Finnish localities and plenty of greens are available each day. Breakfast is a buffet, which always has a wide selection of the best seasonal ingredients. High-quality cheeses, fresh vegetables, raw porridge, organic yoghurt, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed vitamin-rich drinks are part of the basic selection, as well as certified fish and organic eggs.
Catering for meetings at Swing House is in a league of its own: handmade smoothies, raw porridge and salads are an important part of the selection for meetings and can be served as either a buffet or on trolleys brought to the meeting room. Meeting services take into account seasonal specialities. Parties and events are arranged with creative expertise.
