Vacant premises

The office premises are located on floors 2–7. The surface area of the second floor is approximately 662m2 and the surface area of floors 3–7 is approximately 900m². The total floor area of the property is approximately 6,200m². For larger companies, floors can be connected with an interior stairway inside the office. Also, one floor can be shared by several companies. The premises can easily be modified to suit an organisation’s size and work culture. The size of the premises ranges from companies with 25 employees to large organisations.

New leasable office premises have been completed at the beginning of 2022. The following office sizes are available on the third floor: 161m², 176m², 216m and 273m². Ask about the other office sizes that will be completed in the property.
