From Swing House you can access all the public transport services you need in just a few minutes, including the metro, several bus routes and the upcoming Jokeri Light Rail service. The building is located at a convenient walking distance of only 300 metres away from the Keilaniemi metro station entrance. The journey to the Helsinki City takes 11 minutes by metro.

The Jokeri Light Rail line will replace the 550 bus service, the highest-capacity bus service in the Helsinki region, in 2024. The light rail service will increase the capacity of transverse public transport as it will operate in both directions with traffic signal priority and mainly its own lane.

The proximity of the services and the high speed of the rail connections means there is less need to use your own car. In the future, there will be increasing focus on sustainable modes of mobility in Keilaniemi: public transport, walking and cycling. The location close to nature offers the opportunity to break away from the pressure of work in the woods or by the sea – a moment spent outdoors in fresh air will clear your head when you need it the most.

Prime location in Keilaniemi

Keilaniementori is a new area being built near Keilaniemenranta. The Keilaniemi promenade, which follows the shoreline, will form part of Espoo’s Waterfront Walkway and provide access right to the water’s edge. More services are being added along the Waterfront Walkway, and a park will be built between Keilaniemi and Tapiola on top of the Ring Road I tunnel. Since the completion of the tunnel in 2019, the density of the area has grown and there is a livelier urban environment with better connections for residents and for workplaces and the Aalto University.

In the coming years, the flexibility of working hours and workplaces and networking across business sector boundaries will increase in importance. Swing House is in a central location at the core of innovation, where startup experts and international business meet!
